fewdiodaveSo, I've inherited a cat. A friend had to move, and her new place doesn't allow pets. I've been considering getting a pet of some kind, so it worked out well. He's a good cat. Friendly, non-needy, etc.
The one downside: he takes really stinky poops. I mean, REALLY stinky. Even though he does it inside his litterbox, which is clean and full of fresh litter, and way in the corner. His poops make the entire apartment stink like no one's business.
Okay, yeah, I know: it's shit. Shit stinks. But, while I've never owned a cat before, I've had cats over for periods of stays while friends are on vacations, sometimes for extended periods of time (including this very one a while back), and I never remember the shit stinking quite this badly, where the whole place was effected.
So, should I be concerned? Is there something wrong with this cat? Or does he just have particularly stinky poos? Or, is it just simply that shit stinks?
And yes. I know. I haven't posted in over a year, and my first post back is about cat poop.
