Terrific pictures! The one of you in Florence seriously looks like you are in front a studio matte painting. That's how amazing that background is. Speaking of unreality. Do you think the chamber of commerce hires young women to wear striped shirts and eat ice cream while riding a bik just to lend a feeling of authenticity to the Italian town? Also, the kid is very cute in her tourist getup.
Thanks! Yes, I felt that way about a number of the photos... the backgrounds are just so perfect they felt fake. Maybe we faked the whole trip, like the moon landing?
The CoC is on to something if they do that. I felt a bit like a dirty old man taking a picture of that girl... I'm not sure you can tell from the photo, but she couldn't have been any older than 14. But it was just such a wonderful shot; a perfect balance of beauty and innocence. And yes, the European striped shirt just completed the scene. And if I'm a dirty old man, Paul is too. He took a picture of her as well.
Yes, I've already started working on the screenplay. It's about a guy named David, who looks suspiciously like me, who spends lots of time in Italy drinking tons of coffee and meeting beautiful Italian women. :)
Hi! I don't hear from too many people who went to Randallstown anymore. I'm pretty far away now -- Los Angeles -- so it doesn't tend to come up much. Although I did run into someone in a grocery store out here who I went there with. Weird.
I can't think if I knew anyone in your year, although I'm sure I knew a few. My older brother would have graduated a year before you.
cool I found another person that DID graduate with me...and the funny thing is he lives 20 minutes from the only other friend I kept in touch with from high school.....they both are in Seattle!
